Swiss Private Banking

Swiss Private Bank Download Experience Brochure

Our client required a London headquarters for a team of up to 400 staff, following their acquisition of a private client banking department from a competitor. Two floors of 1 St Martin’s Le Grand were re-designed and the fit-out was completed over a fast-track 12 week period.

Global brand

The deep floor plates leant themselves to planning meeting rooms centrally with a street connecting the building cores, forming a gallery space within the heart of the office. Corporate colours were used for fabric wall linings and feature walls and the colour palette of the breakout areas and cafés were chosen to contrast with the neutral office spaces.

The client suite, which is separate from the general banking office, is in-keeping with the corporate design guidelines. Furniture and finishes were selected to correspond with global offices and create a familiar space for visitors. We worked closely with the client to meet their brief and liaised with the Swiss facilities team on a variety of details including specialist integration of security; acoustic privacy; application of the corporate brand and audio visual equipment.

"...a major achievement and great success for the team and the entire London outfit..."
