The Crown Estate's strategy for Regent Street is to create a world destination for retail. Part of this involves providing buildings appropriate to house the world leading brands. Our contribution to their vision includes the sensitive refurbishment of 74-78, 84-86, 99-101, 178-182 and 285-287 Regent Street. Our designs have helped reposition these store fronts and brought brands such as Coach, Kate Spade, Hugo Boss and Uniqlo to the capital's most important and iconic retail street.
We have created bespoke stores, finished to the highest quality. We are delighted that these spaces are the chosen flagship destination for successful global luxury brands.
