Millbrook Park – Room for living on brownfield

As London’s population continues to grow at an unprecedented rate, intensification of existing sites and brownfield development near transport hubs is vital to address this challenge. Speaking at the London Build 2018 Expo at Olympia London in October, Design Director Mike Jamieson discussed how a brownfield site next to existing infrastructure is being transformed to create 2,240 new homes at Millbrook Park in Barnet.

TateHindle is responsible for two of the 15-phases of the development: The Mount, for Countryside Annington, and Phase 9 for Barratt Homes. Together they provide nearly 500 homes and help create a new community and sustainable urban extension in outer London.
